The Welcome Reception will be held at the conference venue (2nd Floor Peristyle). The reception consists of a finger food buffet with warm and cold bites for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. Unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments (red and white wine, beer, soda, juices, sparkling and still water) will be served.

Please do not forget to specify any dietary requirements when registering for the conference.

One ticket to the Welcome Reception is included with each registration to the main conference, and additional tickets can be purchased during registration.

Planetarium Show

Prior to the conference welcome reception, participants will be able to relax by watching a show in the Eugenides Foundation Planetarium Dome. We will provide free tickets to all physical participants. The show starts at 18:30 and is titled “Voyage through the Galaxy”.
