Kindly note:

• All prices shown are in Euro (€). In accordance with Greek legislation, VAT is applicable to Virtual Registrations only at the rate of 24%.
• Presenting authors from all tracks at MobileHCI’23 are required to register for the full main conference (all days) at the rate applicable to their circumstances (e.g. ACM member, student etc.).
• Presenting authors from all tracks whose contributions will be archived in the ACM DL adjunct proceedings (LBW, Demo, Industrial Perspectives, DC, workshop & tutorial organisers) must register on or before August 25th. Contributions without registrations by this date will not be included in the conference adjunct proceedings!
• Registration for the full main conference covers the presentation of one contribution only. Authors presenting more than one contribution to the main track (e.g. a full paper and a poster) are required to pay a surcharge of 350€ (physical participation) or 125€+VAT (virtual participation) for each additional contribution not covered by the full main conference registration.
• Early bird registration deadline is 18 August 2023.
• All physical registrations include complimentary Coffee and Lunch during the program breaks.
• Full main conference registrations (all days) include one ticket to the conference Opening Reception and one ticket to the Conference Dinner. Additional tickets can be purchased at registration (online).
• Workshop / Tutorial registrations include participation in one Workshop or Tutorial.

NOTE: The pre-registration phase has been closed on 20th September, 2023. Starting from that date, people interested to register should contact us by sending an email to registrations_mobileHCI2023@convin.gr
