Student volunteers (SV) are an essential part of a successful conference. At MobileHCI, you will help the organisation and make sure that everything runs smoothly during the conference.
Enrolment as a Student Volunteer
You must be enrolled as a student during the Summer 2026 term. We are more than happy to accept undergrad, graduate, and PhD students. What matters most is that you are friendly and enthusiastic about being part of MobileHCI!
Enrolment for student volunteers is through CHISV. The call for Student Volunteers will be closed on 01-Jun-2026 extended to Jul-2026 (date tbc). Student volunteers will be selected on 08-Jun-2026 in Jul-2026 (date tbc).
T-Shirt Design Competition
Every year, student volunteers receive a T-shirt featuring a design created by one of their peers. If you possess inventive logo ideas, don’t hesitate to try your hand at it! The winner will be granted the chance to attend the conference as a student volunteer. Additionally, your name will be recognised on the MobileHCI 2026 website.
To participate, please send your designs to the SV chairs (sv2026@mobilehci.acm.org). Here are the requirements to participate:
- You need to be a student
- The logo should be in the spirit of the conference.
- The logo should be your own creation.
