Preparing the Submission

Your extended abstract should be submitted by May 8 to the Conference Submission System, using the MobileHCI 2015 Extended Abstracts format. The submission should include:

  • Maximum of eight page description (including figures), max 4 MB.
  • One page specification of the infrastructural requirements. Please specify which of the default facilities you intend to use and whether you have additional wishes. The Demonstrations Chairs will investigate infrastructure and equipment possibilities for the accepted demonstrations.

Authors of accepted full and shorts papers at the conference can submit a shortened submission for demos, where they only need to submit the one page specification of the infrastructural requirements. In case authors would like to have an additional extended abstract published, they can however also decide to submit an up to 8-page description in extended abstract format."

Participants are expected to bring the necessary equipment to the conference site with them. By default, the conference will provide:

  • One power outlet

The chairs will do their best to accommodate requests for additional setup requirements. Please ask!
